April 16, 2014 – Andre McBride, Washington States Track and Field- McBridge, a sophomore out of San Leandro High School, was named the Pac-12 male track athlete of the week after he ran lifetime best times in the 200 and 100 meters on Saturday at the Jim Click Shootout in Tuscon, Arizona. McBride’s 100 meter time was a wind aided 10/42 and his 200-meter time was 21.01. McBride placed second in the 2012 CIF State Track and Field Final. He is also the SLHS recordholder in both the 100 and 200 meters races.
